Yes, curry is definitely a strong flavor and if you are new to it, you should use only just a pinch.  I met and ate with a man from India, and apparently curry is very popular there.  His mother made us dishes that just melted in your mouth and I became very accustomed to curry.  But then again, I&#039;m from Texas and I also love jalapano&#039;s... so I guess my opinion doesn&#039;t mean much!  lol</description>
